Started activities in May 2010 as AMC for Mechanical Maintenance in Paper Machine No.# 6 in M/s. International Papers APPM Ltd., Rajahmundry. We have handled several Projects Execution, Mechanical Maintenance in very large integrated Pulp & Paper Mills in India.
Having expertise in Erection, commissioning & stabilisation of the Paper mill equipments, overhauling of various machinery & equipments, design of the machine parts, preventive maintenance of all types of process equipments & machinery, troubleshooting, shut down planning. Very good at planning & execution of predictive/preventive and shut down maintenance, break down analysis etc.
The company is headed by Mr. D.V.Rayudu, an experienced Mechanical engineer having 24 years of experience in Projects execution, Maintenance and Fabrication works. He has worked as a site-in charge for M/s L&T which has under taken the Projects for M/s. Ford, Chennai; M/s ITC Bhadrachalam, M/s Nagarjuna Fertilizers, Kakinada; and erection of Paper machines in Atrak Pulp & Paper, Iran and Gulf Paper Projects, Saudi Arabia.The company is having GM (Engineering) having 37 years of experience in Paper Machine Maintenance of IP-APPM and 40 Nos of experienced Graduate engineers and 220 nos of qualified Skilled and Semi skilled workmen (Fitters, welders, Khalasis & Helpers). Company is well equipped with all the tools and tackles required for all major Erection and Maintenance Works.

Worked as Consultant in ITC Limited, PSPD Unit, Bhadrachalam division for PAPER MACHINE ERECTION Engineer of PM#5 project. Responsible for Alignments checking, Equipment erection and Commissioning. Successfully completed the project with in the targeted time and cost.
Worked as consultant in BILT Unit, SEWA PM#2 in Jaipur, Orrisa. I have done Erection and Commissioning including the Alignments of Paper Machine and Jagenberg Synchro Cutters Paper Machine Capacity 120 TPD.I am involved in Trial runs and Final adjustments.
Worked as Supervisor in J.K. Paper Mill in Rayagada Orissa. I have done Erection and alignment of P.D. Plant (Pulp Dry) of capacity 125 TPD Production, with theodalite upto accuracy of 0.1mm. After completion of erection I involved in trial runs and final adjustments.
Worked as Erection supervisor in Gulf Paper Projects Owned by Al Rajhi Group in Riyadh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (K.S.A). I have done erection and alignment of Paper Machines each capacity 50 TPD and 20 TPD with theodalite and accuracy upto 0.1mm. After completion of erection I am involved in Trial runs and final adjustments.
Worked as a Erection supervisor through L & T in Mahendra Ford India Ltd at MM Nagar, Chennai, Tamilnadu. During eight months mainly I involved in Erection of paint shop equipment.
Worked as Erection supervisor through L & T in ITC, BPL Bhadrachalam, and I have done Erection and Commissioning of Paper Machine supplied by VALMET including the M.G. Cylinder weighing 140 Metric Ton. All the Alignments of the Machine components are done with optical level and Theodalite personally. Also closely associated with Valmet Erection team. Attended through L&T ECC Erection & Commissioning of 300 Ton Reactor at 70 Mtrs. elevation at Nagarjuna Fertilizers Ltd., Kakinada.
Worked as Erection supervisor through L & T in Tamilnadu News Print and Paper Limited, Kagitapuram, Tamilnadu. During the period of eighteen months, I involved in Erection and Alignment of High Speed Machine supplied by Voith Sulzer of capacity 350TPD with C/C 8.5 Meters. Also closely associated with Voith Sulzer Erection and Commissioning Team.
Worked as a Erection supervisor through L & T in N.T.P.C. Ramagundam site. During service I involved in structural Erection, Work transfer point structures, conveyor systems and also in the Equipment’s of Wagon Trippler having capacity of 700 MTPH.
