The A4 Liner CHEETAH is a 100 crore project, including cartonizer, palletizer and Pallet wrapper with the following specifications

  •   Dismantling of Existing Hood & PV System Equipments with Auxiliaries & Erection of New Closed Hood & PV System including basement enclose fire fighting system inside the Hood, False ceiling over size press For Paper Machine #5 works (For Forbes Marshall Pvt Ltd, Pune) successfully completed at International Papers APPM Ltd , Rajahmundry.
  •   Fabrication, Erection & Commissioning of Steam & Condensate System complete with the replacement of Steam Rotary Units at BILT Graphic Products Ltd., Unit : SEWA, Jaypore.
  •   Checking & repair of 100 Nos. Steam Rotary Units of dryer cylinders of all 5 Nos. Paper Machines at International Papers APPM Ltd , Rajahmundry during the2013-14 Annual Outage.
  •   Overhauling of 2 Nos. NASH Vacuum Pumps of Paper Machine No # 3 done at International Papers APPM Ltd , Rajahmundry during the2013-14 Annual Outage.
  •   Shut Down works attended during the Annual Outage of INTERNATIONAL PAPERS Unit : APPM Rajahmundry & Unit :CP Kadiyam during June’14 & July’14.
  •   Cooling Tower water MS lines and Steam lines Fabrication & Erection works under taken in M/s Glaxo Smithkline Consumer Health Care Ltd.,Dowlaiswaram (AP)(Horlicks Factory)
  •   Fabrication and Replacement of Aluminum Hood panels of size 3 Mtr X 1.6 Mtr X 100 mm Width (50 Sq. Mtrs.)for PM#6 at ITC Paper Boards, Bhadrachalam.
  •   2 Nos of Dryer cylinders (1500mm Dia X 3650 mm face length) replaced with spare cylinders in PM#3 at Unit : CP of IP-APPM, KADIYAM. during 2015-16 Annual Outage.
  •   Fabrication & Erection of SS 304L Foul condensate Tank at INTERNATIONAL PAPERS Unit : APPM, Rajahmundry.
  •   RB#4 WBL Tanks 1,2 & 3 Top & Platforms modification works at INTERNATIONAL PAPERS, Unit : APPM, Rajahmundry.
  •   Attended PM#3 Modernization of Size Press, Pope Reel Spool Auto Change Over and All Drives DC TO AC up gradation works attended at ITC – TRIBENI during 2015-16 Annual Outage.
  •   Attending PM#1 SNC System along with Accessories, Framing, Calander rolls, Drive arrangement with pedestal, Rolls loading Unloading Hydraulic System at ITC-TRIBENI in the Annual Shut Planned During June’2016.
  •   3 Nos of Dryer cylinders (1500mm Dia X 3650 mm face length) replaced in PM#3 at Unit : CP of IP-APPM, KADIYAM. during April 2016 Annual Outage.
  •   Fabrication, Erection & Commissioning of 140 Ton BARK FIRING SYSTEM of CF#6 Boiler at INTERNATIONAL PAPERS Unit : APPM Rajahmundry.
  •   Taken up and completed Overhauling of MG Cylinder Drive Gear boxes & Breast roll lifting lowering equipment, Internals checking of Dryer Cylinders -30 Nos. & MG Cylinders – 3 Nos., replacement of base frames of Couch roll Drive gear box & Storage Chest pump, repairing of Hood panels and frames, replacement Compressor foundation bolts in Paper Machines 1,2,3,4&5 at Unit : APPM of INTERNATIONAL PAPERS APPM Ltd., Rajahmundry during 2016-17 Annual Outage in JULY’16.
  •   Attended RJ#3 & RJ#5 Drive Motors-15 Nos. including Electrical drive panels replacement works at Unit : APPM of INTERNATIONAL PAPERS APPM Ltd., Rajahmundry during Annual Outage 2017.
  •   3 Nos of Dryer cylinders (1500mm Dia X 3650 mm face length) replaced in PM#3 at Unit : CP of IP-APPM, KADIYAM. during Annual Outage 2018.
  •   Attended RJ#5 Post Dryers -10 Nos. overhauling and Salient drive project works at Unit : APPM of INTERNATIONAL PAPERS APPM Ltd., Rajahmundry during Annual Outage 2018.
  •   Attended Installation & Commissioning of RJ#5 AC Motrs Replacement - 32 Nos. at Unit : APPM of INTERNATIONAL PAPERS APPM Ltd., Rajahmundry during AO - 2018.
  •   Attended Installation & Commissioning of RJ#3 Foil Boxes Ceramic De watering Elements at Unit : APPM of INTERNATIONAL PAPERS APPM Ltd., Rajahmundry during AO – 2018.
  •   Attended Erection & Commissioning of Sludge Dryer and its Auxiliaries complete with Steam & Water piping at Unit : APPM of INTERNATIONAL PAPERS APPM Ltd., Rajahmundry during 2018.
  •   Attended replacement of Dryer Fabric Rolls – 39 Nos. in PM#3 at Unit : Kadiyam of INTERNATIONAL PAPERS APPM Ltd., Rajahmundry during Annual Outage 2019.
  •   Attended Installation & Commissioning of KA#3 Foil Boxes -3 Nos.@ 7 Ceramic De watering Elements for each box at Unit : Kadiyam of INTERNATIONAL PAPERS APPM Ltd., Rajahmundry during Aug’19.
  •   Taken up and completed Total Rebuild of Paper Machine No.3, Capacity-150 Tons/day including Stock Preparation & Finishing House of SIRPUR PAPER MILLS at Sirpur Kagaz Nagar,Telangana State during 2019.
  •   Attended the following maintenance works at ITC (PSPD) - Bhadrachalm during Annual Outage in Nov’19.

  •   Attended various Maintenance jobs in RJ#1 to RJ#5 at INTERNATIONAL PAPERS Unit : APPM Rajahmundry during July’17 annual Outage. Attended every year for Man power supply to annual outage at JK Paper mills Jayakaypur- Orissa.
  • International AMC works:
